By accessing or using the Enabler-S platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Enabler-S provides business enablement services including company formation, licensing, immigration, financial, legal, and compliance support across global jurisdictions. The Platform facilitates engagement management, document exchange, and communication between clients and specialist agents.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
All users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before accessing full platform features. We are required by law to verify identities and may request supporting documentation at any time.
All fees are as quoted and invoiced through the Platform. Payments are due by the date specified on each invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
All information shared via the Platform is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
Enabler-S is not liable for delays caused by government authorities, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
