We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: government authorities as required for licensing and visa processing; payment processors (Stripe); and internal specialist agents working on your engagement — all under strict confidentiality obligations.
All documents uploaded to the Platform are encrypted at rest and in transit. Document access is restricted to you, your assigned agent, and authorised administrators. We retain documents for the duration of your engagement plus a minimum of 7 years as required by UAE regulations.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
